Satoaki Omori, PhD, is the technical genius behind TIM. Dr. Omori is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (1985) who previously was President and CEO of TF International, Inc.(TFI) which developed software and numerical controllers for computer applications. Prior to that, Dr Omori was also Technology Integration Manager at General Electric, responsible for developing broadcast and military satellites as well as improvements to jet engines for the Boeing 747 aircraft. He was also responsible for the design and development of the space shuttle main engine combustor for NASA. Prior to receiving his PhD, he developed hybrid rocket engines and participated in the launch of the first Japanese satellite into earth orbit. He received his PhD from the University of Tokyo in 1970. The contributing agent is Mr. Jim Droz Jim Droz is arguably one of the most successful sales associates in the history of real estate. As the top producing agent in the world for the CENTURY 21 System, Droz averaged nearly 300 transactions per year while earning in excess of $1 million in commissions for four consecutive years, with only one full time and one part-time assistant. During his career, Droz averaged nearly 20 listing contracts per month and lost only four listings in more than 1,500 presentations. He once sold nine homes in a single day and 40 homes in a single month. Today, Droz focuses his energies on training other agents to duplicate his Success Systems. Upon graduating from the University of Missouri in 1972 with a BBA, Mike obtained his CPA and worked for a "Big Eight" accounting firm, rising to the position of Audit Manager. In 1978, Mike transitioned into real estate, got his Brokers license and formed his own very successful real estate company in 1981. After moving to California, Mike joined Century 21 Beachside, Realtors where he was consistently among the top agents in the Number One Century 21 franchise in the USA. Mike is a member of the Century 21 Hall of Fame, the Masters Club and a long-time Centurion agent. |
